Siobhan read History at Cambridge from which, although she wouldn't like us to mention this, she emerged with a very rare starred first. She initially headed for the bright lights and a business career in London but the lure of her beloved subject became too much and she turned to teaching. Now Head of Academic Development at the Perse School in Cambridge, she is also a senior examiner for OCR and helped develop the new A level specification.
