Phil has taught History since 1997 and has been a Head of History since 2002. He has taught a range of subjects at A Level across its many different guises in that period. Phil’s main passion is 19th and 20th Century European and American History and he is currently teaching the American Revolution to his 6th Form students. He is also a Senior Examiner on examined and coursework papers for A Level History. In the little time that he is not working, Phil enjoys being walked by his dog and listening to obscure indie music whilst also trying to avoid watching the decline of Man Utd.
