In this podcast on memory, we will be discussing eye-witness testimony. This will include inspection of the importance of schema in the validity of memory, as well as the role of misleading information, in the form of leading questions and post-event discussion. We will also have a look at how anxiety can affect the accuracy of memory. Relevant research studies will additionally be highlighted to illustrate the effect of these factors.
